Founded in 1975 by Jean-Luc Vincent, the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva is the world’s largest annual event devoted exclusively to inventions and the licensing market. Each year, more than 825 exhibitors from 45 countries present their exclusive inventions, research and new products, ready to be marketed. Since 2017, Palexpo SA has assumed responsibility for organising the Exhibition, thereby fulfilling its mission to promote Geneva’s renown both in Switzerland and internationally.

Digital certificate
A UNIQUE PARTICIPATION CERTIFICATE
For the first time, the Exhibition awarded in 2023 each inventor a certificate of participation in non-fungible token (NFT). This digital certificate allows exhibitors to prove their participation in the Inventions Exhibition.
Manufacturers, salespeople, and financiers are therefore able to verify the authenticity of an inventor’s NFT certificate by using the blockchain, prior to licensing, purchasing patents or entering manufacturing contracts.
Online matchmaking
A KEY NETWORKING PLATFORM
The Inventions Exhibition is providing an online matchmaking module to facilitate the connection between professionals, media representatives and inventors. It allows to connect with potential partners, to exchange on innovative ideas and on the possibility of investments before and during the event.
